Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DoEnrich (the "Service"), a lead-enrichment service for real-estate CRM accounts (currently Follow Up Boss and Sierra Interactive). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent ("you", "Customer").

1. The Service

DoEnrich connects to your CRM (such as Follow Up Boss or Sierra Interactive) using an API key you provide and, for leads you designate, validates and enriches contact and property data using third-party data providers, writing results back into your CRM. You authorize DoEnrich to read and update lead records, create custom fields, register webhooks, and post notes in your CRM account for this purpose.

2. Your responsibilities

• You represent that you are authorized to connect the CRM account you register and to process the personal data of the leads it contains.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use of enriched data — including the TCPA, the National Do-Not-Call Registry, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing and privacy laws. DoEnrich surfaces risk signals (such as DNC and litigator flags) as a convenience; it does not constitute legal advice, and acting on enriched data remains your responsibility.
• You will keep your sign-in email and CRM API keys secure and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Credits and billing

• The Service is metered in credits. An enrichment consumes one credit per data step executed (at most three per lead). Credit-pack prices are shown at purchase time; payments are processed by Stripe.
• Credits are prepaid, non-refundable except where required by law, and do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
• If you enable auto-refill, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method when your balance falls below your configured threshold, subject to the daily velocity limit shown in your settings.

4. Data

Enriched data is sourced from third-party providers and public records. It is provided "as is": we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law; to harass, stalk, or harm any person; to resell or redistribute enriched data outside your organization's ordinary business use; or to probe, disrupt, or overload the Service.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; closing your account removes our webhooks from your CRM. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service, with notice where practicable. Unused credits on a terminated-for-violation account are forfeited.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via the email on your account or the customer portal. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
